Indiana University Health Sciences Summit

All IU librarians are invited to attend the Indiana University Health Sciences Summit on June 25, 2013, which will be held at the Ruth Lilly Medical Library, IU School of Medicine, Indianapolis.

Activities will include:

Hands-on sessions to enhance database searching skills in medicine, nursing, public health, allied health, dentistry and psychology.
Opportunities to share teaching and training methods and resources in the health sciences
Opportunities to network with colleagues across the state

Registration is free and open to any IU librarian. Event hours are from 9:30am to 3:30pm (EDT). Lunch is included.

Ovid changes with IUCAT & A-Z links

In order to streamline the Ovid search interface, links to IUCAT and to the A-Z list in search results will be removed since that information is readily available by clicking on the Find It button. Please email cascom@iupui.edu if you have questions or comments.

New IUCAT after May 5th

After May 5, iucat.iu.edu and www.iucat.iu.edu will point to a new and improved search interface. The current interface (to be called IUCAT Classic) will be accessible at a new URL: http://classic.iucat.iu.edu.

Upcoming Changes to the Medical Library Homepage

The Library Web Team is putting the finishing touches on a redesign of the library homepage. A preview of the new page is available at http://www.indiana.edu/~meddev/library/home-redux3. We hope to roll out the new design in mid-May.
