Point of care reference for common clinical interventions. Summarizes the current state of knowledge and uncertainty about the prevention and treatment of clinical conditions, based on thorough searches and appraisal of the literature.
eMedicine
Disease monographs that cover primary care, surgery, trauma, and emergency medicine topics. Also has a large collection of images, drug information, medical dictionary, calculators (under eTools). Documents can be downloaded to your PDA. Although some of eMedicine is free on the web, images and other content must be accessed through the IUSM authenticated portal.
Harrison's Online
Online version of Harrison’s Principles of Internal Medicine plus access to a drug database (Clinical Pharmacology Online), an image gallery, a differential diagnosis module, patient education, and links to guidelines. Also a link to appendices with normal laboratory values.
Micromedex
An extensive database of drug monographs that also include toxicology (Poisindex), reproductive toxicology (ReproRisk), calculators, and reference values.

Online version of the multi-volume print reference by the same name provides very complete monographs on genetic diseases.
Stat!Ref
Collection of 25 medical texts, including the Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Therapy, Stedman's Medical Dictionary, and MedCalc3000. Does a good job covering the primary care specialties and includes a general surgery text.
