Welcome to the Statewide HIV/AIDS Information Network (SHINE Project)


“Better health care through empowerment and information outreach”

The SHINE Project website is focused on building “information toolkits” to improve HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, and management. The toolkits are designed for use by clinicians, public health professionals, Indiana State Department of Health Care Coordinators, and consumers in Indiana.
