Because it functions better as an updatable resource than a traditional textbook, we have separated ACP's PIER (Physician Information & Education Resource) from the other textbooks in Stat!Ref.

Beginning June 12, 2007, there will be a new PIER-only version alongside the traditional Stat!Ref resources. To use the new resource, search for ACP PIER in our A-Z list or in our list of online books at the library home page.

To connect directly to ACP's PIER, please click here.

About the Resource: PIER (Physician Information & Education Resource) is an evidence-based reference from the American College of Physicians that provides topic summaries on the most common problems in internal medicine. A Palm version is also available for IU faculty, staff, & students. For further details and downloading instructions, go to the "IUSM PDA Community" group on Angel and click on "STAT!Ref PIER PDA software instructions".
