Emerging Technologies and Health Science Libraries

This will be an overview of a variety of different emerging technologies that have been created and developed in recent years.   We will explore a few different examples to highlight how they can be used to enhance the learning that takes place in a health sciences library.  Some of the technologies that we will explore during the presentation include mashups, apps, 3D printers and how a discovery service can help you find information.  By learning about these technologies will help you to enhance the learning and teaching that takes place in the classroom.
